  7. If this is a shareware copy of a Wizzard Software product you may 
  8. distribute it freely, use it until it expires and then send us your 
  9. money if you would like a copy of the product which won't expire.

  11. See the order\registration form included with this product (usually in 
  12. the directory where you installed the software; order.txt).  You may not 
  13. reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile this software.  This software 
  14. has been provided to you free of charge so that you may use it before 
  15. you buy it.  This software includes an extensive Help section.  To access 
  16. Help press F1 at any time within the software.  There is also a printable 
  17. manual.txt file which is considered an online manual.  We hope this 
  18. software is useful and helps you improve your communications.  Enjoy.

  26. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE
  27. THIS PRODUCT. RIGHTS IN THE PRODUCT ARE OFFERED ONLY ON THE CONDITION 
  28. THAT THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE 
  29. AGREEMENT.  PROCEEDING TO OPEN THE PRODUCT INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE 
  30. OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE LICENSE
  31. AGREEMENT, YOU MAY RETURN THIS PRODUCT FOR A REFUND.

  33. Under this license you may:
  34. (I)     Use the enclosed Wizzard Software program (Software) on  
  35.         a single computer at any one time;
  36. (II)    Copy the Software for archival purposes, or copy the Software 
  37.         to a single hard disk, provided you retain the original for 
  38.         archival purposes; and
  39. (III)    Transfer the entire Software and any written materials 
  40.         accompanying the Software on a permanent basis to another 
  41.         party, provided you retain no copies of the Software or
  42.         any of the written materials accompanying the Software, 
  43.         and the transferee agrees to the terms of this agreement.  
  44.         Your license is then terminated.
  45.  
  46. You may not: 
  47. (I)    Copy the written materials accompanying the Software;
  48. (II)    Use, copy, modify, translate, or merge the Software except 
  49.         as provided in this agreement;
  50. (III)   Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software; or
  51. (IV)    Sublicense, rent, lease, or assign any portion of the Software.
  52.  
  53. Copyright.  
  54. The Software is owned by Wizzard Software or its suppliers and is 
  55. protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty 
  56. provisions.  You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted
  57. material.
  58.  
  59. Termination.  
  60. Wizzard Software may terminate this license for failure to comply 
  61. with any of these terms provided Wizzard Software has requested the
  62. end user to cure the failure and end user has failed to do so within 
  63. thirty (30) days of such notice.
  64.  
  65. Export Clause.  
  66. Customer agrees not to export or re-export the software or any copy 
  67. or adaptation in violation of the U.S. Export Administration 
  68. regulations or other applicable regulations.
  69.  
  70. Disclaimer of Warranty.  
  71. The Software is provided AS-IS without warranty of any kind.  
  72.  
  73. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WIZZARD SOFTWARE 
  74. AND ITS SUPPLIERS, DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (OR CONDITIONS), 
  75. EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED 
  76. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
  77. TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND WRITTEN 
  78. MATERIALS ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE.  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY 
  79. (CONDITION) GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS.  YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS
  80. WHICH VERY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/JURISDICTION.
  81.  
  82. Limitation of Liability.  
  83. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 
  84. WIZZARD SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  85. (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS 
  86. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
  87. ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WIZZARD SOFTWARE 
  88. PRODUCT, EVEN IF WIZZARD SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY 
  89. OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATE/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE 
  90. EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL 
  91. DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  THE FORGOING 
  92. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY (CONDITION) AND LIABILITY INURE TO THE 
  93. BENEFIT OF WIZZARD SOFTWARE SUPPLIERS.

  95. U.S. Government Restricted Rights.  
  96. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to
  97. restrictions set forth in subparagraph ( C ) (1) (ii) of the Rights 
  98. in Technical Data and Computer Software clause in DFARS 252.227-7013.
